ShipPilot for WooCommerce processes shipping-related information only to provide shipment creation, label generation, and shipment tracking services.

Information Processed

The plugin may process:

• WooCommerce order information
• Recipient name
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Shipment identifiers
• Tracking numbers

API Credentials

API credentials entered by the merchant are stored securely within the WordPress installation and are used exclusively for communication with the configured shipping provider.

Third-Party Services

Depending on configuration, shipment information may be transmitted to external shipping provider APIs.

Data Storage

ShipPilot does not collect analytics or transmit merchant data to the developer.

User Rights

Users retain all rights provided under applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR and local privacy laws.
